Creating an airtight lid on a metal bucket is a big headache for users who have to use very expensive lids for special chemical content. Innopack® has a new lid sealing system. It is a plastic seal lid attachment for tinplate metal buckets.

This is a special design, it perfectly combines the metal bucket lid and the plastic Hoop into a super-tight lid seal system. In the past, it was difficult for us to imagine how to combine plastic parts with metal pails, but we did it this time.

The Lid Seal System is easy to use and can be made quickly. It is affordable and works well for all metal drums. I will introduce its use method and features for you in detail.

Fast & Easy Install

The Innopack® lid system is made of 2 parts, The upper part of the hook is a retractable plastic o ring. The attaches embed the top half hoop to the bottom half hoop.

This makes it easy to transport the metal cover and plastic protective cover together. You won’t need to search for two separate parts when you want to use it. So it is a nested plastic ring produced by an integrated injection molding machine.

The lower part is made up of 24 plastic petals ( similar function as a steel pail lug lid ) that firmly hold the 20L metal bucket lid. When the nested lid is fitted to the metal bucket brim, only a gradual phase push-down is required along the upper half of the circle. You can break the original upper and lower parts so that the upper part is embed into the lower part.

When the buyers place their product into the metal bucket, the innopack® Plastic Hoop (lid-system) starts its reusable role. This system has a fold-able, retractable and double-layer nesting design. When we press the entire plastic kit down against the bucket’s wall, it creates a Reusable sealing system.

When you open it, the plastic o ring (upper part) cannot be pull apart. This means our products provide an sustainable using and cost-effective way to secure the metal drum, barrel, bucket, and pails. They help protect your product in the 20L metal bucket, ensuring safety and recycled.

Easy To Pull Ring

Try the principle as simple as opening a can, and you can easily open this special lid system without tools. This is the unique design of our pulled rings.

It is made of PP material which is super tough and resistant to corrosion. Therefore, even if it is exposed to the air or outdoors, the whole pull ring will not become brittle and break. The seamless pulled ring is integrated with the whole lid through the injection molding machine’s production.

Suitable for stacking

‘Stacking’ is a storage method for warehouses. It has become a customer demand that all container packaging must address. As Innopack’s product design team, we need to take stackable

solutions into account in every design. And so is the plastic lid protector this time.

We created curved pull rings along with the easy-to-pull ring design. This allows the upper barrel body to stack perfectly on the lid. Even the upward protruding edge design also plays a fixed anti-slip role.

Rust Proof

The lid system (Plastic Hoop) is made of Polypropylene(PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is a stable chemical polymer compound that provides waterproof and corrosion resistance. The hoop-designed lid sealer will protect the lid edge and bucket brim to avoid rust corrosion. Indeed, the air-tight design can perfectly stop the air-exchange from the outside bucket.

Recyclable

As an environmentally friendly product, Innopack’s plastic hoop for lid seals are 100% recyclable. This has played a positive role in global sustainable development.

All used Hoops can be recycled. They can be crushed into small pieces. These pieces can be re-processed through the injection molding machine. This process can create new Hoops or other

plastic containers.
